Previous filing described a

scenario where share holders

would get 20% or so stake

after a reverse merger...


Which may have fell thru?...


Most recent filing didn't

have that text anymore...


But it didn't change the

almost maxed out share count

versus authorized amount...


Would rather be guessing

about a big beast private

company doing reverse merger

with DCGD...LJ
