The Company's current activities are limited and they are focused on pursuing an acquisition or other form of reorganization where the Company's status as a publicly reporting entity can be combined with an operating business. Such transaction would most likely result in a change in control of the Company. While it pursues such opportunities, the Company's principal other activity would be maintaining its public reporting status and corporate existence.
