A good valid reason is that nomatter what the company does, the share price is not decided by them, or the diluters. The market is unpredictable, and many stocks that go low like this rise from the dead eventually, and we don't know when that is. It's smart to accumulate based on your chances. Ok so you think there's 90% chance it's not gonna go up because of what you learned a couple weeks ago and you believe dilution will continue and it will not allow the price to go up. But the price is so, so low that the 90% you think you know is probably more like 30-70% in that range. So again it's smart to accumulate, if you only have 10-50% chance of being wrong and the price going up from here, then start with 10-50% of a regular position, if you are scared of another dump put your order for 3's instead of buying the 4's. The only way to make sure you get bottom price is by accumulating from here
