FFF, as Co-Moderator - How come all these other JUNK COMPANIES.....all of them today, that need financing means that they dilute. Every single one of them, otherwise what is the point of being a public company, right? I don't have the money to do audited financials, Sir. So, I am filing my requirement as a CEO. I would like a fighting chance? I am looking for a MERGER CANDIDATE. Simple as that. I get a chance too. So, maybe one will be sent my way, by my GUARDIAN ANGEL INVESTOR. Maybe, I dunno, I am just the temporary CEO looking to sell my controlling stake in my Company which I care about dearly. My concern in that my shareholders are taken care of in the right way. Look at all these PRIVATE TRANSACTIONS out there. I know, that with the right combination, this merger candidate would very much help my chances to be ONE OF THE MAYBE 5 COMPANIES OF ALL TIME TO MAKE IT OUT OF THE GREY DARK WORLD TRADING.

I will sell my 54% stake as stated in my SEC filings. Probably be reduced to 5-8% so that I am still a significant shareholder, but this way it would give the ENTERING COMPANY a control of the TREASURY of the ACCR stock.
