What makes you think it's not bogus?
RSHN has no products, no income, just talk.
It doesn't take weeks or months to prepare a SEC filing that is legitimate when you have the supporting documents.
When you're making it up as you go, it does take longer.
The long winded PR posted by RSHN really said nothing.
Many scams do just that, that's why I said smoke and mirrors.
The SEC filing may or may not happen.
The question still remains, do these people legally own RUSHNET?
If anyone can answer that question, please share the documents where and when it was legally purchased.
