We have all read the same "Naked Short" crap on a myriad in penny stocks for years...

Can anyone give me a single example where it was, in any way, PROVEN?

A single case where the SEC agreed and went after the meany shorts picking on a poor trip pink stock?

Nope!

But I am aware of tons that were eventually proven to be diluting scams that are no longer around!
