No insurance company wanted to touch state employees. We finally had to become self insured with EXTREMELY high deductibles/coinsurance with a indemnity plan <gageth>
P.S. I don't know what planet you're on Neal, but we don't let patients "die." Cancer patients slowly die painfully, with extremely high expenses; diagnostic, drugs, admissions, outpt treatments, home health, hospice, etc etc
