Seriously. Don't buy this turd. There is no visible reason to be long. Conversions to preferred stock circumvent any value for the retail long. Other claimed companies are doing the same. Dilution continues. Once they get this skinny they will likely reverse split like most other crap companies. As it is, the retail long injects cash and the preferred dibs it and any benefit. This stock is for sucker bagholder types.
