If he did cleanup the shell I found some great private UAE companies that fit everything VRUS says it is. Their revenue is 6 billion +, no debt. If one of these go public the paper work he submitted might have been an effort to scare people away until the transfer and buyback is complete. Its all speculation but so is the RS or 7.5 B surprise. This is a sub penny pinky. I'm willing to take my chances here because the risk/reward seams worth it in my opinion. So many other pinkies are obvious scams. Many others down here dont even have an office that can be verified. We have institutional investors, 2 offices.. I was also able to verify a few customers who happen to know who the CEO. I also liked the CEO to a few large UAE companies. However there is the 7 degrees of separation rule, i could probably link you to the same people.
