So if Big board criteria is $4 per share and company only intends to use if this criteria can't be met organically expect the R/S but that is a long way away. So they have covered PPS from $0.01 to $2 in the R/S estimations.

Something tells me it will fly on it's own and many of us will have sold by the time RS conversation gets real.

Just a wild guess but the range of 1-2 thru 1-400 isn't arbitrary. They need to cover all continencies.

Including not to use RS at all which is on page 8 of PRE 14C but I see that is not in your Synopsys.
