IMO Mr. Bhatnagar cleaned up the RBIZ shell for someone else. In time we will find out who with the reverse merger. I also believe they put a stop to his dealings with mPhases until the transfer of the shell was complete. Mr. Bhatnagar knows how successful VRUS will be once the M&A is complete. If he gets his own public shell, executes a RS his VRUS success will spill over to mPhase. Like i said why go through all the trouble of becoming a CEO of RBIZ to bring them "Food business" to split it to its own company.. Someone wanted the Shell to take something public. I'm expecting big news here about reverse merger and new CEO taking over control from a large company that does what VRUS says they do currently. Would not surprise me if they execute a share buyback and take the small 400 and some shareholders on the ride of our life.

IMO Mr. Bhatnagar is moving on and it will all be explained.
