PWC has been transparent..they have stated this deal WILL be “ in the best interests of ALL stakeholders”...would cancelling the shares be “in the best interests of ALL stakeholders” including shareholders and institutional investors and creditors...I think NOT...A deal that can be negotiated so all will prosper is likely in the itinerary..just like PWC said...
