One things for sure is once it hits $0.001 there are buy orders set all the way to $0.01. I never understand the mentality of these larger block investors. They wait, then they play roulette instead of blackjack where at least we can guess what’s next with an educated guess based on how many 10’s have been shown from the shoe.
