One thing I'm now reminding the board about for the third time recently would be an update on the rig that was supposed to have shipped out of New Orleans in August, bound for Europe. Where is it? Has it shipped? Is it in transit? Is it delayed in customs? When will it arrive in Romania?

I continue to fail to agree that silence regarding this rig can be expalined away using the explanations given in your otherwise excellent and well reasoned posts about other delay areas.

There is no logical reason for this area of corporate silence and as Rigatoni correctly notes, this is the information era and it does encourage long term holders to get news on the company they have invested in. Silent partners in the Vermillion project aside, those explanations are inapplicable to the Romanian rig question.

I see no reason for this continued silence regarding the status of the Romanian rig. On it, contrary to your other well presented reasons for corporate silence in other areas, I can not agree with you.

It would be reasonable to throw us a crumb on the Romanian rig and it would do a lot to aswage this feeling of dread that is beginning to inappropriately creep in.
