So I guess Ted's greed had nothing to do with it?

Greedy Ted was so hell bent on buying all of Moviepass, he didn't care how he got the money, just as long as he can try to own as much of Moviepass as possible.

Every time HMNY's stock went up, Ted would immediately do an offering...thus buying more MoviePass stake. Ted got greedy and he's now paying for it. If I were that 8% owner, I'd sell the rest of my stake to Ted, as the business model and company name are now ruined. I bet Ted would be stupid enough to purchase the last 8% stake of Moviepass...at any asking price.
