I'm placing my bets on Lampert. Worth noting is that paying off creditors can be done with a mixture of cash and commons, bonds, or warrants as well. Theres more than one way to resolve the issue with the creditors. They will do their best to resolve the issue with each one and have multiple was of doing it.
