Considering that it is the Unsecured Creditors who wish to wipe out 40,000 - 50,000 jobs, their indignation is laughable. Perhaps the Unsecured Creditors will not file an Appeal if they think they will not likely win. Also - I think I read in a PR that ESL included an additional $30 M - in the $ 5.2 B Bid - to Creditors who opposed the Credit Bid portion of the Bid.
