BIOAQ's debt was not paid. As PwC makes very clear, most of the secured creditors are getting nothing. And all of the unsecured creditors get nothing. Which means the common shareholders get nothing.

All that factual information is in the Monitor's Reports.

The BIOAQ common shares WILL be cancelled without payment at the conclusion of the bankruptcy.
