the final 2 years of financials have to be from the merging company not the old FRFS company. They arent required to file but since have already filed 2 iterations of financials from FRFS that are audited, they will file the remaining two year to get current and get the CE removed.

No idea why Shetty continues to come up, hes long gone.



100% CORRECT and I totally agree.....

And "SHETTY" IS A BULLSHIT NON ISSUE....he's Gone With The Wind...resigned and surrendered his shares a long....long...long....time ago...

AND SEC FILINGS SAY SO....counter to the MISINFORMATION and 100% FALSE NARRATIVES being peddled.....
