These are unsecured creditors! They do not have much say in the bankruptcy process, hence they resorted to lawsuits. Every bk case is different and complex. Law is not something you can pick from the book and apply as-is. It is more complex than you think and that is why you have courts and judges and lawyers. Otherwise a computer could hand out judgements. Point me to a case which is exactly like this one.
