COMMONS will be safe IMHO. It is obvious that the creditors are leveling allegations. They are losing money here. Everyone knew this is coming, including Lampert and the Judge. But does that mean it will derail Lampert's attempt. I don't think so. The Judge wants to save jobs and he is pushing for Lampert's deal.

Your rhetoric will not prevail. Jim, You will lose money and your Puts will fail you.

Everyone knows that retail is a hard game. JCPenny did not have a SEARS-ESL like situation, yet it is in a similar position like Sears! So just because sears is in trouble and ESL was at the helm does not imply any wrong-doings. All decisions were made by the board. These allegations are near impossible to prove.

If the creditors know so much about the wrong-doings then why did they not raise red-flags or go to the court earlier. This is just their attempt to get more for themselves out of the deal. There is no way that the Judge is letting this deal go.

This is history in the making.

And please state facts as facts and opinions as opinions.
