O/S is 6 billion as of March 31, 2016 per OTCmarkets.com

Where is the extra 16 billion coming from?

And now its 30 billion with 10's of billions more already issued as debentures for 50% off the lowest 52 week closing price incurring 10% interest

Where will we be in a couple more years?
