But heck debenture holders still making millions selling these worthless shares they get for 50% off the lowest 52 week closing price incurring 10% interest.

They have diluted 30 Billion shares, if this was a legit company they would just sell shares on the open market. Not just give them away for 50% off the lowest 52 week closing price.
