This seems fair,considering that Adxs is looking to change the trial design,for an already enrolling and running trial.

Question is did the FDA take a second look at the trial design (the running trial), identify inadequacies and order ADXS to tweak the trial design to make it robust or face the consequences? Do not get me wrong, it is a good thing considering the long term prospects. But, I cannot dance to the tune ADXS is playing and the way they spin it, that the company took the initiative to approach FDA. The real ADXS has been exposed time and again, falling woefully short of expectations.
