Another big wave of dilution is coming. I expect to be finished by end of February , early March. Fins will be out mid February. Right after the filings mid February I'll look for drop to mid .004s and start accumulating shares. Fins won't be good at all, but will be betting on news of the vet clinic mid Q2 or early Q3.
