first why keep pumping the conmed thing? i dont get it. its nothing at the moment
second i'm not the most experienced investor on this board and don't even think i'm close. why would a company do a dilutive(sp?) raise versus a split 1-3 etc. Obviously if your share price is in the toilet like TMDI was, it doesn't make sense to do a split. I just can't figure out and my financial planner hasn't been able to explain it, why a company would do one over the other. any thoughts on it? I also understand why they did the reverse split, to uplist and then the whole lack of support and failure to maintain the pps. but a this point or say if the stock price even reached 10 bucks, why wouldn't they do a split to benefit the share holders. Seems like a split would cause interest in the stock more than a dilution. what am i missing?
