If this share price erosion continues $avvy I will load the absolute crap out of this thing if impatient hands succeed in pushing this back down under the deuce over the coming days!

I'm giving White Chapel another 30 days approx. to deliver the goods on the 193 acres...and if they haven't closed the deal by the last week of February I will re-evaluate my position here based on whatever ingredients are in play at that time.

But imo only I see no reason for this to be eroding like it has...other than the FOMO crowd selling this one impatiently to chase other awakening plays...and are they ever gonna be sick when White Chapel does officially close on the 193 acres and this one blasts off DEEP into PENNYLAND without the impatient hands who foolishly sold!
