Message: To whom it may concern, I have been very patient with the issue of my preferred shares. Since it has taken so long I have done some investigating of my own. There are brokers (smaller then Etrade) that have figured out how to properly display the amount and symbol BKMPP. A number of BKMP investors have questioned the validity of our preferred shares and whether or not there are enough "legitimate" preferred shares to properly credit our accounts. I know there has been allegations of an increase in the illegal action of "naked short selling" of certain OTC stocks. Since some of the brokers seem to have their accounts in order and Etrade can't seem to get the accounts credited correctly, it is not showing a very bright picture for the future of all Etrade account holders that are supposed to have BKMPP shares. Therefore, I for one, will be willing to transfer my holdings to one of the brokers that seems to have handled this preferred share distribution in a much more timely manner
