Needless to say the 1/10,000 reverse split wipes out shareholders equity. Aside from that, logic would indicate doing a spinoff benefits the company more if done after the next reverse split. I believe I saw the company plans to keep the 10B A/S intact when they do the next reverse split.

That’s a huge red flag for a company that goes to trips, wipes out all shareholders then uplist to a higher exchange. Sort of advertises their intentions although I am sure they would announce plans to buy up as many hospitals and private physician practices as possible, etc.

Might even actually work in the short term until they maximize PPS then begins shorting, options etc all the way back to the lowest tier penny stock.

It’s their business model.

The way to shut these clowns down is not the SEC

A much more effective way is to shine a very bright spotlight on all of their activity. That way, at a certain point their actions will catch up to them and most underwriters won’t touch them, people won’t want to be employed at their companies, newspapers and online publishers love juicy fact filled stories that document injustice.

This entire scam smells and looks like organized crime done within shades of gray that allow them to thrive within public traded companies.

Fight them, but use social media, use news outlets, inform local newspapers in their business locations. Just make sure to be 100% factual. Do not embellish, do not exaggerate or state anything other than documentable facts.

Then they can at some point respond.

I wish everyone the best here. As I have said before I am building a website that is designed to target this type of shareholders abuses. The website will be key words specific to geographic areas and actions.

Not in any hurry because I want to give every opportunity for this and similar companies to actually benefit their shareholders.
