ok #1, even when the Q comes off I dont think SHLD automatically teleports back to Nasdaq where they were previously listed. There will be some hurdles for them to overcome to uplist back from whence they came. It wont magically materialized but its coming in a "semi warp" speed. When that happens the klingons will be wiped clean and flushed by all of those margin calls
