OK.....Let's be logical and deduce the answer to the question i ask yesterday. Are they convertible or not?

Well i think the form 10 is correct and the debentures are not convertible. And my reasoning is [1]since the headline description of Form 10 states "NOTICE OF PROPOSED SIGNIFICANT TRANSACTION (not involving
an issuance or potential issuance of a listed security)1" So that means this form is to be used only for non convertible debt. And [2] the full description of the SIGNIFICANT transaction had to be typed onto the form by someone [ they had no previous description that could be copy and paste] and the description states "The Issuer completed non-convertible, unsecured debentures with" .

In addition the press release of 1/21/19 could have been mostly a cut and paste. Therefore the mistake was made on the PRESS RELEASE and not the Form 10.

And the fact the company could raise capital on unsecured non convertibles is a very encouraging development.
