John, The hospitals likely have $25 Million in Accounts Receivable. If they have in network contracts with insurers it can take 60 days to get reimbursed. For out of network insurers it can take up to 150 days to get reimbursed. managing receivables is one of the hardest parts of running a hospital.

Part of the AR is never recovered and needs to be written off. The auditors need to decide what portion of AR is collectible and what would be a percent that would need to be written off.

The Assisted Living facilities are pay as you go. those should be pretty easy to audit as there would be no AR overhang at the end of any given period.

The entire concept of IMedscan is to tighten up the revenue collection cycle and to eliminate write-offs.
