I see your point about the name change - if the
Bankruptcy Proceedings are to continue long
after the APA is approved.

I think this happens in all Bankruptcy
Proceedings, even after a Debtor(s) has emerged
from Bankruptcy.

Plus - why would ESL change Sears name when it
is a highly recognizable name and Institution?
I think the name remains for this reason.
