I will go from another perspective myself. If you're a chart person only and you look at EVSV(D) right now:
You see a jump up in price and rapidly declining each day. (going down multiple pennies a day) EVSVD Looks like a stock you can easily short ATM, the polar opposite of gaining investor value.
