So, building inventory? Sure, anything is possible, but I am more inclined to believe these could just as well be requested orders, or maybe even a distribution for someone...remember, distribution requires them to also make sure all is compliant to State Requirements, I.e. 7X Pure Seal of Approval... hence why we may not see the seal on these yet..
