Yes, it would seem so. But, Simpson himself said, in an online interview, that they have a problem with producing enough of their fruit chews. That was only a month or two ago. So, if they have any plans of going beyond Oregon, and Nevada, they better ramp up production.

They really need a deal, something like what Green Growth Brands recently landed with DSW. And it needs to be soon. There are a lot of CBD players.
