How long this "ps" will be stalled here!?, the company management is lousy, inefficient and do not care about share value or performance thereby do not care about shareholders!?….or what else can be said?

last one was in Nov, and the share priced tanked from $3 in Jan and $1.76 in Aug, to almost worth nothing now!!
