According to TA, the authorized share structure is 2,400,000,000 as of 1/18/19.

If they do a R/s of 1:20,000, that brings the share structure down to 120,000. That’s way way way lower than what is listed on NVSOS. They have a 2016 share structure of 250,000,000.

Something clearly does not add up here.
