Only he owns enough stock to still be considered and insider. Insiders still held to the same standard as board members.

If pasts conduct issues were an issue for the NAS for the past 6 MONTHS, is it not concerning that the compnay did not tell you?

Or is it the legality of CBD?
Or is it the government shutdown?

I can't keep track anymore.

He is happy for him too. He just made approximately 20 Years worth of pay in 2 years or so. Sweet deal.
