......the income tax refund that the FDIC won in its lawsuit against united western bancorp. is still tied up in the u.s. appeals court........THE FDIC WON and will now get FDNBCQ's $105mm ITR........could be a problem but doubtful.............

.....also, only Hancock-Whitney Bank can buy FNBCQ's NOLs, we believe......so the FDIC may or may not allow this..................

....holders of this stock are in a world of HURT.............no NOLs sale and no ITR....................WIPEOUT of the common stock.........

......sorry......might want to grab a penny per, which is better than x.xx........................aimho...............
