KATE IS NOT PROTECTING SHAREHOLDERS FROM ASHER ENTERPRISES' DILUTION ATTEMPTS


Why is it that Lattuca is trying to prevent dilution to Asher but Kate is not trying to stop the dilution. The attorney for the transfer agent told Lattuca's attorney that the transfer agent is the agent of GEGI and therefore Pacific Stock Transfer was instructed to cease communications with Lattuca's attorney. Lattuca's attorney even pointed out that Asher's claim of being owed money is invalid as the statute of limitations has run.

Kate needs to address what, if anything, she is doing to stop the Asher dilution.

Kate needs to publicize the current OS.
