Pretty sure promoters will be back soon and promote the hell out of the stock like they've done three times since December. Market makers aren't the only ones that have stocked up at these bargain-basement prices. There has been more buying and Green Day's in the last 8 days which is a positive

I'm sure they have stocked up during these dumps and have a lot of shares that they want to sell at a much higher price when the posts go into the hundreds and 200+ we'll know that they're back for sure!

As for uplisting I don't see that for a long time. The financials will have to be audited first and as anybody that can read a financial balance sheet you'll know that the books have been cooked for to the downside for some reason. they took out over $850,000 in convertible debt for crypto by will crush Marketing Group and Endo Laboratories. Cryptobuy is defunct, bcmg is a not directly related to ubqu anymore and Endo Laboratories has never been confirmed as part of ubqu. I believe it is a pet project by the president Timothy Zorn that shares the same address as ubqu in Denver but with a different telephone number.

And as for a reverse split I don't see that happening and it would be a kiss of death from my 30 years on Wall Street and investing. It would be a shorts dream because the stock usually ends up going back to its original price which would not benefit us or the company.

I do think the ambassador program will help the company because it's like multi level marketing and it's like having representatives of the company without having to pay them they actually pay ubqu to join and then bring money and more notice ability to the company.

Lastly the 140 Acres that they show has never been on our balance sheet so we don't own it it is probably the supplier to us that owns it and the video is just propaganda. I can take a picture or video of New York City and say that I own it but unless I can prove it I don't own it.
