I hold PTEL/ENTI and ABVG once SREH shares in a clear only account...


It was involved in a FINRA approved corporate action durinng the ENTI/PTEL/MMX deal...

Immediate cash redeemable and payable divvy's were 3-4 weeks late...Cost me a Boat load $1,000,000.00 100% for sure...

Is that a Market Fail To Deliver? Who is responsible? Restrictions on my account...can't clear them without paying surcharges below $2 per shares. Can't force me out above $2 unless I am over 5%.

I don't and won't pay surcharges for something I paid CASH for!!! Someone Best find their wallet...April seems to be a Divesting Line as my shares are held at Ally a Financial Institution. I believe Dodd/Frank Applies in this case via the ENTI PTEL SREH DUTV audit trail.

I gift wrapped my DUTV shares in that account. Ain't no more gift wrapping of pretty little bows left...
