As it is, the news are great, but without figures it seems meaningless

Hi Midas, I agree with the first part of your statement, but I think you underestimate the significance of the news. Yes, it would be nice to know the amount, but even without that, what we do know is that:

1. The technology has gotten one more endorsement. There's enough data about MSCs (in particular, Pluristem's version of it) that the Israeli government was able to do a reasonable assessment of the prospects for this "drug" and decided to invest in exploring it

2. The company got SOME money, I would guess it's enough to add significantly to the coffers.

Management (sometimes rudely referred to as the "twins") does seem to have a knack for grabbing a bit of dough here and there, without giving up much (ANYTHING) in terms of their long term options. They still own the whole kit and caboodle, and will be able to get much more when they're ready for a partnership.
