The post most certainly was made. Unfortunately I am unable to access any posts made prior to the afternoon of 9/16 to link to it.
The person has sent RP an e-mail asking about who's encryption was used, Henson's or e.Digital's. He also wanted to know more about why e.Digital was not mentioned in the official PRs from Alaska and the subsequent stories published by newspapers.
He posted that he later spoke with RP and was told that the "encryption" was the DivX codec. Furthermore the poster said RP made some comments about also being surprised at the lack of PR exposure. I don't recall who posted it, but the person appears to be an EDIG long.
The post was a few days ago and I don't know how far back posts are archived. But today, the oldest message I can access is 279737 posted 9/16/03 at 3:14:13 PM.
I'm sure many other people saw it as well, but I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for them to admit it. If you chose to believe I was telling a blatant lie, feel free. It does not change the FACT that it did exist.
