A little birdy has corrected me re: "How about Director Alpin....there's no sign of him reporting either the initial warrant issuance or the bump?

Jason Aspin DID file his ownership of the warrants, albeit it incorrectly, upon his appointment as a Director. He indicated that his ownership was Direct when it was Indirect, being held by two entities that he controlled.
There is still no sign of a filing by either the Company or the Director of any increase in the number of warrants issued.
Of course I could be wrong about that, too.
