I wanted to keep you up to date on Canopy Rivers (TSX.V:RIV). The company has announced an equity investment in Herbert, which is an organization that focuses on recreational cannabis beverages and edible products. The early stage investment represents an opportunity for Canopy Rivers to expand into the high growth recreational cannabis beverage and edible segment. Canopy Rivers will receive C$1,500,000 in preferred shares, incremental warrants, and governance-related rights in Herbert in exchange for their investment.
