TransCanna ($TCAN) Will Trade On Frankfurt Stock Exchange!

Announced Monday, TransCann disclosed the Vancouver, British Columbia based cannabis company will be traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (XETR). The Company's Frankfurt listing symbol is TH8. (XETR: TH8)

According to Jim Pakulis, the CEO of TransCanna and past CEO of WeedMaps, TransCanna is "excited with the ability to increase our shareholder base by being able to trade TransCanna on the Frankfurt Exchange.

Variables to consider: After weathering a vacillating 2018 Stockmarket, investors are excited about new the new opportunities for investors and cannabis companies, including the recent legalization of hemp production in the U.S. and the ongoing trend toward more jurisdictions making medical cannabis and recreational marijuana use legal.

Companies in the rapidly expanding marijuana industry have moved aggressively to raise cash, going public and increasingly moving to list their shares on U.S. and European exchanges as a means of gaining greater exposure and access to capital.
