I want this deal to actually work out, but Rene does not communicate and we are treated like a mushroom. He has a web-site to talk to everybody, but does not....NOT very good! He need to communicate or nothing is going to happen....

I agree with these past comments:

“Actually, real public companies register with the SEC and file documents with EDGAR” and is why the share price is eroding, it’s been months since the alleged deal closed and still no verifiable documents to prove it.

If management wanted to wash away their past and end the negative speculation the verifiable doc’s would have been filed. If management wanted to build investor trust they would have released the 8K as well.

Release the 8K."!!!
