So truly I am far from an expert on retrofitting a building for cloning BUT they still have to do this including and putting in a security plan with the county Sheriffs that is acceptable. This has to be executed first. I have not seen these buildings but the equipment has to be ordered, it has to be installed and they have to have everything in place to start operating. I wouldn't count on that being less than 2 month, probably 3. Then they have to move in and bring over what they claim to have to start the growing / cloning process. This part I am less familiar with but I imagine 3 months more to start having product ready to actually sell. We are now at 6 months to initial revenue. Rarely even in this industry is anyone profitable from the get go as they have a lot of initial up front cost to cover as they try and get up to capacity, another 6 months possibly. I have started 3 business in my years and the path to operational profitability was never less than a year in any of them. My $0.02!
